We want you to love your suit! We gladly accept exchanges and returns for store credit if it is not the perfect fit. *final sale items cannot be returned*
To return for store credit or exchange your items, click on the link below to be directed to our portal. The link below is only valid for 7 days after receiving your items.
U.S. customers: Once your request is approved, you will receive an email notification to purchase a $5 plus tax USPS return shipping label. Print out your label and mail back your suit within 7 days, preferably in the same packaging it came in. To submit a return or exchange, items must be unworn with the hygienic liner and tag attached. Each exchange/return for store credit will be manually approved by our team.
International customers: Once your return/exchange request is approved, you will be notified through email and given our Return Address. Please mail your items back with any mail carrier of your choice within 7 days, preferably in the same packaging it came in.
- Customers cover the cost of mailing back returns and exchanges
- Customers are not refunded for initial $5 mailing cost
- If your suit has a defective issue, please let us know and we will mail you an alternate suit
- If you are exchanging to a different size/item, please know we cannot hold your alternate piece if your suit has not been mailed within 7 days of submitting a request, as our sizes run out quickly.
